This Privacy Policy explains in general terms how copero.top handles information when you use the website and game. The project is designed to be primarily local: your career is stored in the browser and you do not need an account to play.

Copero uses browser storage such as LocalStorage to keep your career state, site-related preferences and data required to continue a game. That information remains in the browser you are using and can be removed by clearing site data through your browser settings.
The current game does not require registration or an account. Information you enter to create a footballer, such as a display surname, shirt number, nationality or position, becomes part of the game state and is stored locally. Avoid using real or sensitive personal information if you do not want it stored on your device.
The site code supports optional measurement services such as Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity through production configuration. When enabled, these services may receive technical and usage information such as visited pages, interaction events, device type, browser and network data, and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Copero does not require these services for the career game to function.
As with any website, hosting and network infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver the service, such as IP address, HTTP requests, date and time, user agent and security logs. That processing also depends on the infrastructure providers used to publish copero.top.
copero.top uses Adsterra to display advertising on its pages. When an ad loads or you interact with it, Adsterra and its partners may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, page URL, ad impressions and clicks, browser and device details, time zone and approximate location. They may use cookies, pixels or similar technologies to deliver ads, limit frequency, measure performance, prevent fraud and, where applicable, personalize advertising. This processing is governed by the Adsterra Privacy Policy (https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy-managed/) and Cookies Policy (https://adsterra.com/cookies/). You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings, but ads may then fail to display correctly.
Locally stored career data remains until the browser, the user or the application removes or replaces it. You can reduce or delete local storage using browser privacy controls. Data processed by external services, when enabled, is subject to configured retention periods and those providers' policies.
